Quotes and scope

All quotes are based on the information and photos you provide. The agreed scope of work is confirmed in writing, usually on WhatsApp, before the service. If the space differs significantly from what was described, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and rescheduling

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to offer an alternative slot.

Access and preparation

Please ensure access to the premises, water and electricity at the scheduled time, and secure valuables and fragile items before the team arrives.

Results

We take care to deliver a thorough clean. Some stains, scale or damage may be permanent and may improve without disappearing completely. We will share realistic expectations before starting.

Feedback

If anything is not as expected, please tell us during the final walk-through or on WhatsApp soon after, so we can address it promptly.
